POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

From teammates to friends, to family, and now supporting each other in a whole new way. 🥹❤️ Some connections are bigger than the sport, and this is definitely one of them.

A year ago, we stood backstage together at OCB Chesapeake as teammates, sharing laughs and making memories. I remember telling you to stop doubting yourself because those pro cards had your name written all over them! And sure enough, you walked away with BOTH your Open and Masters Pro Cards that day! 🏆

Fast forward one year to the 2026 OCB Masters Nationals, and here we are in different roles. 🥹

What started as teammates became a genuine friendship, countless side quests, Caribbean vibes 🇯🇲🇱🇨, and eventually family! From helping you learn to walk confidently in heels to working on your posing, it’s been a privilege watching you grow in this sport.

When you reached out needing additional guidance and support during the final stretch of prep, I was happy to step in. We rolled up our sleeves, made adjustments, and worked together to get you across the finish line. 💪🏾

The journey wasn’t without challenges, but every lesson taught us more about your body and how it responds. Through it all, you stayed committed, kept showing up, and put in the work. And THAT’S what I’m most proud of. ❤️

5th place at Masters Nationals! 🏅 Another experience, another lesson, and another chapter in your bodybuilding journey.

You’ve learned SO much in your first year of competing, and you’re only scratching the surface of your potential. I truly believe you have what it takes to stand among the best. You’re going to be a force to be reckoned with! 🔥

From sharing the stage as teammates to supporting you as you closed out your 2026 season, this is truly a full-circle moment.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of this chapter. Our friendship has always extended beyond bodybuilding, and that’s something I’ll forever value. 🫶🏾

I’m incredibly proud of you and excited for everything 2027 has in store. Your journey is just getting started!

Same love. Different roles. Bigger goals ahead. ❤️

Proud to be representing the military and first responders at @npc_battleroyaleamericanheroes for my FIRST show on August 1st in Lorton, VA! 🇺🇸💪🏾

Balancing work, military, family, school, financial obligations, along with the diet and training definitely wasn’t easy, but I’m glad I stayed committed to the process. There were days of working 16 hour shifts, school assignments done running on 2 hours of sleep, and still finding a way to get that workout in while trying to stick to the diet as much as possible.

Thank You @terrybperformance 😍❤️💗@inky_all_natural_olympian 💪🏾 @gc3fitness 🕺🏽@builtbybsu 🧘🏿‍♂️for giving me the motivation, push, and support I needed to keep going.

First show. Almost showtime. We in the end game now! 🙏🏾🙏🏾💪🏾💪🏾

My teammate Terry and I decided to give a cold plunge a try, and let’s just say it took more than one attempt. Was it uncomfortable? Absolutely. Would I do it again? Absolutely.

I’m always looking for ways to challenge myself whether it’s a workout, a recovery tool, or something completely new. You never know what you’re capable of until you step outside your comfort zone.

This definitely wasn’t perfect, but that’s what made it fun. Sometimes the best experiences come from simply being willing to try.

Have you ever tried a cold plunge? If so, how many attempts did it take you? 😂🧊

Not every hangout has to revolve around food or drinks.

Sometimes it’s hitting a lift together, going for a walk, training for a goal or pushing each other to be better.

Having friends who support your goals makes the journey a whole lot more fun.

Tag your gym bestie or the friend who’s always down for a workout. 💜

And if you’re looking for a community that celebrates movement, consistency, and showing up for yourself you’re in the right place.

Welcome to Gym Girlies.

@reps_severnapark HALFROX
Goal: 45 minutes.
Actual: 43:XX 🔥🏅

Bodybuilders takes on Half Hyrox - We did it! 😤🙌🏾

I thought HYROX would just be my summer side quest. Now I’m chasing PRs and planning my next race.

This HALFROX taught me a lot. The stations that humbled me back in March felt stronger this time around. The sleds, burpees, carries, and wall balls all felt more manageable, and I walked away realizing exactly what I need to work on next💪🏾

The running 😩😩 I’ve never been a runner, and truthfully, I still don’t enjoy it. But HYROX has a way of exposing exactly where your biggest growth is waiting. Running on fresh legs is one thing. Running after sled pushes, burpees, and lunges is another.

Shoutout to my amazing teammate @terrybperformance 🤍 she kept me moving on the runs when I wanted to slow down, and together we found a rhythm that helped us beat our goal. We came in hoping for 45 minutes and left with 43 🤏🏾🤏🏾

This event was incredibly well done from start to finish. The course was challenging yet thoughtfully designed, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the support didn’t stop at the finish line. From the recovery area with massages, cupping, compression boots, and refreshments, to everyone who cheered us on, it truly felt like a community. Huge congratulations to the team behind this opening event. Thank you for creating such an amazing experience.

And to @tanksandcutoffs thank you for being our biggest cheerleader today 📣 we really appreciate you! 🙌🏾

Today wasn’t just about the finish time. It was proof that growth happens when you’re willing to work on the things you don’t naturally love.

And now I have a clearer vision of what I need to do heading into September. The work continues. 💪🏾🏃🏾‍♀️🔥
