365 days. Countless memories. One incredible crew. 🖤💛🛼

What started as four women choosing accountability has grown into a true sisterhood built on fitness, friendship, and showing up for each other.

To everyone who came out to celebrate our first anniversary with us—thank you. Your love, support, and presence made the night even more special. We don’t take this community for granted.

To our crew: thank you for every early morning workout, every encouraging word, every laugh, every challenge, and every moment that reminded us why we started this journey.

Here’s to one year of proving that life doesn’t slow down after 40—it gets even better.

🇺🇸 We almost sat this one out… and honestly, there were moments we wished we had😂🥵

The @h2tfitness Justice League workout was no joke. The heat was brutal, the workout was grueling, and we’re pretty sure they had a personal vendetta against The 4.0 Crew💀

But somewhere between the sweat, the suffering, and the laughs, we remembered why we keep showing up: the challenge, the community, and the people who make it all worth it.

Huge shoutout to H2T for always opening their doors, creating something special, feeding us, and almost successfully taking us out❤️💪

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!!

Listen… once women discover what back training can do for posture, strength, definition, AND that bra fat area, there’s no turning back 😂💪🏾

So yes, we’re training back on purpose over here….

Stronger
More confident
Better posture
And building bodies that support us for the long run

Train your back, ladies. Trust us✨

The Crew pulled up to the Corporate Athlete Sweatworking: Pilates & Prosecco event thinking it was all vibes… and quickly realized Pilates in the Texas sun is a different kind of spiritual experience 😭☀️

But between the laughs, the music, the crew energy, and refusing to let each other tap out, we made it through powered by pure vibes and accountability. 💪🏾✨

Good workouts. Good people. Good energy. And somehow @corporateathletehq always delivers the BEST events, community, and goodies every single time.

Over 40 and still outside building the best version of ourselves… together!!!

But we still making time to laugh loud, train hard, and enjoy the people doing life with us

Over 40
Busy
Healing

Fitness is cool…
but having fun while becoming your best self
That’s the real win

The 4.0 Crew is still here💪🏾✨

More to come!!!

Finally got our Hyrox Houston recap back…

Let’s talk about it—because a 10PM race time??
For a crew over 40?? That alone deserved a medal😅

Way past our bedtime, running on grit and pure determination…

And still—
We showed up
We pushed through every station
We held our own and finished strong in our age group

Nothing about it was easy. It was mental first, physical second the entire time.
But we didn’t fold—we locked in.

And the crazy part?
We’d do it all over again.

Because being pushed like that, together, hits different.

Tired. Proud. Slightly delusional by 11:30PM… but we got it DONE. 🏁✨

2026: Year of the Grind

The HYROX Houston “professional” shots 😬 vs the post-race iPhone pics—two very different moments, same story:

Affirmations are real
Words of encouragement matter—every rep in training and every step on race day
Because when it’s go time, it’s mental first… physical second

You see the work in the race photos—focus, grit, no quitting.
And the post-race shots? That’s the reward. The release.
The “we really did that” energy.

And yeah, we wore it on purpose:
💙 Blue for trust, stability, and staying grounded when it got hard.
💜 Purple for power, ambition, and stepping into exactly who we came to be.

This wasn’t about perfect pictures.
It was about showing up, pushing through, and finishing strong.

And of course bringing that crew energy ✨
