MIAMI, YOU HAVE MY WHOLE HEART.

18 years in this city and y’all have seen every version of me. From working retail, promoting and bottle service to teaching classes with three people in them to now standing on a stage in front of HUNDREDS with my babies watching.

Y’ALL SHOW UP.

Rain or shine, you stayed. You danced. You cheered. You reminded me why I do what I do.

Thank you to my friends who love on my babies, the trainers who inspire me, @facesoffitness2026 for giving us this platform, and every single person who has supported me along the way.

I didn’t get here alone. WE did this.

Y’all are my OGs, my day ones, my RYDAZ. We might not be pulling up to our exes’ houses anymore, but if I need backup at a PTA meeting, I KNOW WHO TO CALL.

Forever grateful. Forever your girl. I LOVE Y’ALL.

Faces of Fitness Day 1 @facesoffitness2026 🌺 Fitness Coachella 🤍
I got to take so many of my favorite instructors’ classes, browse the vendors, and run into all my fitness friends. Just wish I had four bodies so I could work out at every stage at once 😭 such a fun day.

TAMPA, WE’RE COMING IN BRAIDED. 🏃‍♀️🔥💪🏽
My girls are taking on HYROX Tampa, and of course, they had to show up with the BRAIDS to match the energy. 😮‍💨 Because if you’re going to push your limits, you might as well look good doing it.
Good luck, ladies! Now go make Tampa your playground. 🖤⚡️

TAMPA, ¡LLEGAMOS TRENZADAS! 🏃‍♀️🔥💪🏽
Mis chicas se enfrentan al HYROX Tampa y, por supuesto, tenían que llegar con las TRENZAS a la altura de la energía. 😮‍💨 Porque si vas a superar tus límites, ¡qué mejor que hacerlo viéndote espectacular!

Top 10 benefits of oil pulling first thing in the morning on an empty gut🥥🫧:

1. Full detox for your mouth: pulls out toxins, gunk, and buildup

2. Breaks down and reduces plaque

3. Gets rid of bad breath at the root; makes morning breath smell like Altoids

4. Pulls out bad bacteria while supporting the good bacteria (unlike mouthwash, which wipes out both)

5. Supports a healthier oral microbiome

6. Supports gut health by keeping toxins from traveling from your mouth to your gut

7. Naturally helps whiten teeth over time

8. Promotes healthier gums and nourishes gum tissue

9. Helps strengthen enamel

10. The cleanest your mouth will ever feel

Try the cleanest oil pulling rinse today from the link in our bio 🥥🫧

Discipline isn’t built overnight. 🥊

It’s built through consistency, focus, and showing up even on the days you don’t feel like it.

Small efforts. Every single day.
