We never want summer to end but sadly our 2025 season is over. That isn’t without saying how incredibly epic it has been! We want to thank everyone who said yes to their surfing dreams and booked with us! 🩵
And a special shout out to our amazing crew who work hard to uphold the highest standards and who are leaders in the industry. 👏🏆

If you only knew how scared I was to try wake surfing…..

My close friends know me and the water don’t always mix. Crazy considering I’m a Pisces. Lakes I can’t see the bottom of, deep pools, the ocean……😰

Not really my thing. But if anyone knows how to get me into the water surfing it’s @illaadventures

ILLA created a welcoming space where I could learn from the absolute best @tetonsurfco and filled that space with other women who shared my desire to learn, to grow, and to conquer fears.

I was incredibly fortunate to participate in both of the surf experiences ILLA offered this summer. Each group inspired me in different ways, but one thing stayed constant between them both.

✨Courage✨

These women showed up for themselves—trying new things, seeking coaching, or reigniting old passions.

It dawned on me as I reflected on my experience.

Courage is contagious.

Both days I went surfing, I was the last to get into the water. I watched as everyone else took that leap, faced their fears head-on, and just did the damn thing! Some pushed through countless failures; others shredded the waves with effortless grace. When it finally was my turn, I was fired up, almost without hesitation, all because I’d seen others embrace their courage first..

What a beautiful and powerful realization to come to.

I’ll never underestimate the incredible power of a group of women fueled by passion and bravery. Their strength truly shows what can be achieved when we surround ourselves with those who inspire us. And it only further proves the timeless truth—you are who you choose to surround yourself with. 🫶
