On Feet Styling: Gel-NYC “Birch/Pure Silver” @asics_sportstyle @asics This pair looks absolutely amazing when you get them out in the natural light. They’re very easy to wear as well. When it comes to the sizing, comfort, and fit of the Gel-NYC, I go with a size 10 which is a 0.5 size up from my MiUSA New Balance size. The comfort is very good and can definitely wear them all day with no problem whatsoever. What do you guys think about this pair? Featured: Gel-NYC “Birch/Pure Silver” @asics_sportstyle @asics This pair which released in September of last year is definitely one of my favorite pairs of Asics. Silver metallic colorways have been super popular lately between Asics and New Balance. These released alongside a Gel-1130 which was also really nice but I slightly preferred these. You have silver metallic covering the majority of the upper with a beautiful cream mesh on the underlays. I really like the open style mesh on these. Then you have kale green hits around the shoe which adds a really nice contrast and makes the shoe pop just enough. There is Asics branding on the side of the heel, Asics signature logo on the tongue, and Gel embroidered on the heel. They come with cream laces which are just perfect. What do you guys think about this pair? Aside from New Balance obviously, I’ve been a big fan of what Asics has been doing the past couple of years. Detailed Look: ASICS GT-2160 x WOOD WOOD ‘Cream/Oatmeal’ @asics_sportstyle @w00dw00d I love when collabs go the extra mile to include a lot of nice little details. This pair has a nice neutral color palette but then has little pops of color which is just enough to make them stand out.
