Less fuss. More connection. And Texas wine, of course.

October might be the easiest reason to gather all year. 🍂

It’s Texas Wine Month and Come Over October — which means no occasion needed. Invite your people over for backyard grilling and a bottle of Texas wine... or grab them and head out to one of our incredible Hill Country wineries instead. Either way, you’re doing it right.

So this month, gather your people — at home or at a Texas winery — and let the day unfold.

Empty glasses and full hearts guaranteed. 🍷

Best in Texas. 🍷🤠

The 2023 Reddy Vineyards Aglianico was named a 2026 Texas Vintners Cup Winner, one of only 12 wines selected from 275+ entries and judged blind by two Master Sommeliers.

And that is just the beginning of what this bottle has accomplished!

🏆 2026 Texas Vintners Cup — Winner
🏅Gold Medal · Best Label Series — 2026 Pacific Rim Wine Competition
🏆 97 Points · Platinum Medal · Class Champion — FWSSR International Wine Competition
🏅Gold Medal · Best in Category — 2025 Lone Star International Wine Competition

This is the first release of our 100% estate Aglianico, one of Southern Italy’s oldest varietals. It was grown at 3,305 feet in Brownfield, Texas, harvested August 2023, and aged 14 months in oak.

Swipe through the carousel to learn more about the Texas Vintners Cup, Reddy Vineyards, and what makes this vintage one we are especially proud of.

One of the best things at the State Fair on opening day isn't fried🍂

It's inside the Go Texan Pavilion, the Texas Department of Agriculture's building near the Cotton Bowl. 📍

Friday and Saturday, noon to 5:30, they're pouring the twelve winning wines from this year's Texas Vintners Cup. 🍷 Twelve wines out of the whole state, judged by a panel that includes two Master Sommeliers.

You're indoors, you're out of the sun, and you're tasting Texas agriculture instead of reading about it.

Two days only. The fair runs 24 days, this doesn't. ⏳
If you're going opening weekend, what's your first stop? Let me know in the comments.💬

Recently savored two fabulous white wines from Llano Estacado Winery. I've always loved their Vermentino, and this vintage is zippy & has a kick! Also...if you have not tried anything from the Kubacak Vineyard, keep your eyes peeled for that site on the label, CJ is doing some Ahhhmazing Viticulture practices out there!
Texas High Plains fruit for the win! 🙌🔥
