🧋🧡 DEEP FRIED THAI TEA TRES LECHES CAKE 🍰 This new dessert at the State Fair of Texas from Fusion BBQ & Wings ( @texasholycatering ) takes a thick fluffy piece of sponge cake soaked in a French toast batter, tempura fried in batter and then soaks it in a Thai tea tres leches blend and tops it off with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and boba! 💵 Price: 14 coupons 📍Location: Fusion BBQ & Wings in the Tower Building Food Court ⭐ My Review: This has to be my favorite non-sipper dessert this year! WOW! As someone who can’t resist getting a Thai tea everytime I get Thai food, this is stunning. Great Thai tea flavor while also being an ode to tres leches cake. Always exciting when I can get fresh strawberries (or any fresh fruit) on a dessert here and the boba were super soft and chewy! Big portion that is shareable. Perfection. No notes. People are sleeping on this one. Also go check out their sopapillas in Cotton Bowl Plaza! ⭐️10/10 . . . . . #statefairoftexas #statefair #thaitea #tresleches
