Shooting with lenses that are 10x the cost of the camera is not a huge deal when your lighting is on point. 😂#1stac #houstonfilm #cinematography

Music videos can be fun to shoot when they have a decent budget. 🤩😁🤘#1stac #houstonfilm #cinematography

@meta glasses pov of a busy workday, super fun great clients and getting water @watertreeheights. From initial usage and first cut of the footage it is 3k but super convenient compared to a GoPro strapped to my head or chest mounted Osmo pocket both of which I’ve used in the past. I do for sure see this as the future wish it had a usb-c port to offload data rather than through the app since I know Facebook is tracking most likely listening in 24/7 but we do live in the post 9/11 surveillance state. Let me know what you think of face mounted technology and the future war against the machines.

Something different, I don’t get to prep Rialtos too often. Just a lil’ bit of surgery is needed to separate the body from the sensor/mount🤘

Shooting music videos is weird sometimes.! This shot didn’t make the Final Cut of the “no pole” music video. I was 2nd AC on this project.

Behind the Scenes: Capturing the Perfect Hospital Shot 🎥🏥

We recently had the opportunity to shoot a hospital scene for a commercial right here in Houston, Texas. To bring the vision to life, we used a Skater Scope, a game-changer for capturing dynamic, low-angle, and ultra-precise shots in tight spaces.

This tool allowed us to get creative with perspectives—gliding under hospital beds, tracking subtle movements, and immersing viewers in the scene with a cinematic feel. It’s all about the details, and the Skater Scope helped us achieve that seamless, high-quality look.

Houston is full of incredible production opportunities, and we love pushing the boundaries to make every frame count. Stay tuned for the final cut!
