Honestly, you just had to be there. ✨

It was magical, breathtaking and soul-filling in every way possible.

A little piece of paradise and a whole lot of love with incredible women. 🖤

📣 Shoutout to our amazing sponsors and most importantly, the lovely ladies who led sessions during our retreat. Y’all are wise beyond your years, real girl’s girls, and truly magical human beings. THANK YOU doesn’t even begin to express our love and gratitude. 🖤🤍

Confidence didn’t magically show up when I hit a certain age.

It came when I stopped waiting for other people to make me feel worthy and started showing up for myself.

And that’s something I want every woman to hear, especially if you’ve reached your 40s and don’t quite feel like yourself anymore.

Taking care of yourself isn’t about becoming someone different. Sometimes it’s simply about finding your way back to the woman who has always been there.

You are beautiful,
even in the seasons when you don’t feel it yet.

Such a refreshing day 🤎 I had the best time taking a color class with @taylramirezhair and finally getting to meet her in person! It’s been a little while since I’ve taken a color class, and I forgot how inspiring it is to step out from behind the chair and learn something new.

Plus, @trovesalon.co is such a beautiful space, and it was so nice connecting with other stylists in the industry!

And a big thank you to @maneivy, @themanemoment, @modernfoil, @unitehair & @texturestowelco for the amazing goodies — I can’t wait to put them to use behind the chair! 🫶🏼
