Moments from our 444 Centennial Park run 🧡

Men and women, friends and strangers, all showing up at Centennial Park on a cold (not wet!) Saturday morning for a run that was about so much more than just running.

People arriving early and chatting well before we’d even started. Conversations carrying on mid-run all the way til the end. And after, almost everyone stayed well after the run had finished.

Coffee in hand, talking, laughing, no reason to be there except they wanted to be.

Friends and strangers alike who showed up because something mattered to them, and left as a community.

That’s 444. Not the cap. Not the run. It’s what happens when good people gather around shared values.

This was our first official 444 event and certainly not the last.

If you were there, thank you for making it feel so genuine and special. If you weren’t, the next one’s coming and we’d love to see you there 🙏

Until next time #the444code 🧡

We are beyond grateful for the incredible community we’ve built together.

The support we share makes every moment special. There’s nothing like the power of people who lift each other up.

We truly love our community!

YOUR COMMUNITY IS EVERYTHING 👯‍♀️

Connecting with likeminded women is so incredible valuable, nothing actually compares to it.
It’s why I founded my Women’s Health Community Day, to me it genuinely is a forever no.1 priority‼️

Nothing compares to meeting your ride or die 😮‍💨

I am surrounded by not only powerhouse women who work within health & fitness, but women who also appreciate and have the same values, interest & passions as me AND ALSO are genuinely amazing girls 🫶🏽❤️‍🔥
