This air fryer salmon is packed with flavour, protein and omega-3s, and takes just minutes to make! Perfect for busy weeknights. ❤️ 📝 Ingredients * 3 salmon fillets (4 oz each) * 1 tbsp cooking oil * 1 tsp garlic powder * ½ tsp paprika * ¼ tsp black pepper * ¼ tsp salt 👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions 1. Mix the garlic powder, paprika, black pepper and salt. 2. Rub the cooking oil and seasoning evenly over the salmon. 3. Let marinate for 5–10 minutes. 4. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 8–10 minutes, depending on thickness, until cooked through. The centre should reach 145°F (63°C). This version uses a simple substitute for coconut milk without compromising on that rich, coconutty flavour. You won’t even miss the canned stuff! Save this one for your next dinner. 📍CREAMY SATAY-STYLE PEANUT CHICKEN Serves 3-4 INGREDIENTS For the chicken • 500 g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces • ½ tsp turmeric • 1½ tsp cumin powder • 1½ tsp chilli powder • Salt, to taste • 2 tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut • 1 tbsp garlic paste • 1 tbsp ginger paste • 1 tbsp peanut butter • ½ tsp honey • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 2 tbsp lactose-free milk For the sauce • 2 tbsp peanut butter • 1 tsp garlic paste • 2½ tbsp unsweetened desiccated coconut • ½ tsp honey • 1½ tsp brown sugar • 1 tbsp soy sauce • ½ cup lactose-free milk • ½ tsp chilli powder • 1 tsp chilli flakes • 1 tbsp oil • 1 tsp lemon juice • Salt, to taste • 1 tbsp unsalted butter • 4-5 dried whole red chilis METHOD 1. Marinate the chicken. Combine all the chicken ingredients and mix until well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. 2. Cook the chicken. Pan-fry in a hot pan until golden and cooked through. Set aside. 3. Prepare the sauce. Add all the sauce ingredients to a saucepan. On medium-low heat, stirring continuously until the peanut butter dissolves and everything is well combined. 4. Blend until smooth. Carefully hand-blend the sauce until creamy. 5. Bring it together. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and toss until every piece is coated. Add butter and whole red chilis, let it come to a boil. And serve. SERVING SUGGESTION Serve over garlic-sautéed zucchini ribbons and red bell pepper for a lower-carb meal. Finish with spring onion, fresh coriander, crispy fried onions, crushed peanuts and dried red chilli. A squeeze of lime is lovely, too! stop buying shawarma when you can make THIS at home 🤤🌯 save this for your next shawarma craving! i grew up eating shawarma, so being able to recreate it at home with @shanfoodsglobal’s shawerma masala feels so special. the flavour, the aroma, and that first bite… SO good. 🤌🏼 HOMEMADE CHICKEN SHAWARMA 🌯 Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 15–20 minutes Serves: 4 INGREDIENTS For the chicken * 1.7 lb chicken breast, cut into thin strips * 2–3 tbsp oil * 1½ tsp chilli powder * 1½ tsp cumin powder * 1½ tsp coriander powder * ½ tsp chilli flakes * 4 tsp Shan Shawerma Masala * ½ tsp ground black pepper * ½ tsp sumac * Salt, to taste * 1 tsp ginger paste * 1 tsp garlic paste For assembly * Pita bread, tortillas or your preferred wrap * Pickles * Garlic sauce * Your favourite sauces * Homemade potato sticks or fries METHOD 1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken with the oil, all the spices, ginger paste and garlic paste. Mix well until every strip is evenly coated. 2. Cook the chicken: Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden in spots and cooked through (165°F / 74°C internally). 3. Assemble the wraps: Spread garlic sauce and your favourite sauces over the bread. Add the cooked chicken, pickles and potato sticks or fries. 4.
