This was the hardest thing I've had to do in all of my 44 years of life. My feelings are so hurt. I can't stop thinking about her, hearing her voice, reading our text thread. I love her so much. I struggled to share this clip. But it took so much for me to be there, let alone get up there and speak about her in a past tense state, that broke me in a way I never imagined. I know I'll be OK. Because my God is a healer and he is close to the broken hearted. But right now, I'm hurt, and the shock hasn't even worn off. She was an amazing human. I can only dream of being the kind of Christian she was. But in everything I do. I am going to think of her and strive to make an impact on someone's life the way she did mine and countless others. I want my cousins to know
I love you all so much. I'm sorry that you all have lost the greatest joy in your lives. Please know that I am always here for any of you. You guys had a mother that folks dream of! And I'm blessed that I was able to breathe the same air as her, eat in her home, sleep in her home, get whoopings in her home... she treated me like one of her own. Nutured from a baby to full-grown adult, and I'm going to miss her. You guys did a beautiful job sending her home. Everything was perfect. You guys are in my prayers forever and always 🙏🏾 💔
