🤯 SAT: UNGULIT = YAK + FRIENDS x GOODFOOT 🤯

SAT 09.05 // Portland, OR @goodfootlounge

We love this place and have had so many good times here. Join us this Labor Day weekend to throw down with all the homies.

We know it’s 2026 and it’s hard to make money these days. Tickets to this event are at the low price of $10. If you feel like slidin that scale, the Foot has one of the best deals in town so most of any additional contributions will go towards the band. If you really want to go and are hard up for funds, DM us, and pay it forward, tip the staff, buy drinks for your homies, etc etc. we’re all on the same team ❤️

Things are getting weird at rehearsal

It’s probably because we’re so stoked for our Thursday residency at the Goodfoot in September

Come check us out every week!

And just like that it’s another beautifully marked studio solo from our guy @youngesteban, playing the famous Kid Charlemagne guitar solo, played by Larry Carlton for Steely Dan! Come see the man nail iconic solo after solo for our 4th of July set for @cityoflakeoswego at Millennium Plaza Park (10:30AM-12PM).

My life has been blessed by so many people this year, and it feels good to be able to reflect on how lucky I am to have those people.

Being able to do what I was born to do, especially through hardship, reminds me of what life is all about.

Here’s to many more awesome memories, beautiful music, art, friends, and to the human experience. ❤️

Hey again friends, fans, and followers! Asher here with yet another time-saving MultiPost:

1. The world of saxophone took a serious hit… RIP Sonny Rollins AND Dick Parry. Both were inspiring to me, though for very different reasons.

2. RIP Anthony Head… he had a million great roles, but to me he’ll always be Giles from Buffy. A great actor.

3. Bruce Hornsby continues to be a deep source of musical inspiration for me, last night’s concert in Portland was just astoundingly amazing. Writing, singing, piano playing, band leading,… at all four he is an absolute master, all done with intricacy, playfulness, dynamics, and professionalism.

4. Despite sales slowing down a bit lately, I’m still making albums and pressing wax; it’s for ME as much as anything else. The 5th pressing on my personal label (Full Arrow Records) is at the plant right now, coming late summer, and the 6th is close behind that… not to mention two other collaborative projects which will be coming in 2027 and two appearances on big-name artist albums that will arrive later this year!

5. I still operate nearly all aspects of my music career personally by myself… so just know that if you’ve supported me in ANY WAY, I see it and I see you. THANK YOU!

6. Again and Always, I love you (except you, MAGA. GFY 🖕)
