Scenes from our recovery day today. Even on the easy days, here at CCRC we make sure were activating all systems: speed through strides, core with russian twists, and as always, flexibility in our stretching. Not a day goes by when our athletes aren't getting stronger. #CCRCphillsophy #core #flexibility

Our CCRC boys working on speed and form after their recovery day with a few strides. Their culture of excellence is their biggest advantage over their competitors. No shortcuts. No excuses. That is the mentality these boys have and that is the mentality that will take them to state and beyond. Good work today boys! #CCRCphillsophy #speedafterdistance #formwork

There are two main purposes for our training here at CCRC. Purpose 1 is to take the training of elite athletes and apply it on a high school level, reducing quantity so that the athletes are not overworked, but maintaining the emphasis on quality. Purpose 2 is to take athletes from many different schools, take down the walls separating them, and encourage them to work together so they can take each other to a new level of fitness. #itsnotjustrunning #goodtogreat #CCRCphillsophy

This is what CCRC is all about. Number 1 runners from Johns Creek and Lambert along with Northview's number 2. The trio, along with two more Johns Creek runners were all working together to get the best out of themselves on a tough progressive run this morning. #workingtogether #trainwiththebest #bethebeat #StateBound
