🔥 94 MPH & Still Getting Sharper! 🔥

In this session, Coach Francisco is breaking down one of the most important pieces of the delivery—the peak leg lift.

The leg lift isn’t just for show—it’s about building momentum, creating tension, and moving efficiently down the mound. At the top of the lift, you should feel:

✅ Your strongest position
✅ Controlled movement down the slope
✅ Intentional coiling & hinging

Hersy topped out at 94 MPH in this session, but we’re making sure his mechanics stay locked in so he can repeat it consistently. Small details, BIG results. Stay tuned for more! 🚀

“This one will forever hold a place in my heart. I have watched them grow from boys to hard working young men. It has never been about the wi s and losses but always about the relationships that made along the process. What I saw in this dugout these. Last few days was more than baseball. The smiles, the jokes and memories shared was priceless. Hope this is something you guys remember for ever. I know I will. I may not be vocal but I’m watching and I’m cheering. Once a Falcon, always a falcon.” Coach Charles #proudcoach @ftbfalcons
