NEW COLLECTION LOADING:

👾🤖👾

I've been thinking for a couple years about my creative direction as a photographer and tattoo/illustrative artist with the concept of unifying my skill sets and this project is something I've been wanting to pursue for a long time, and I'm so so pleased with the result for my first studio shoot! With this project I brought a unique take on bridging the gap between photography, graffiti methods, and culture that integrate the concepts of regeneration and transformation of the self into cohesive cyberpunk inspired portraits, and I think it was a massive success!

Thank you for @thattorontostudio for booking their photo studio to make this a reality, and a special thank you to the models who made it happen 💗

Model 1: @darksyn.ost
Model 2: @thadea_decora
Model 3: Jaymes Hotapollo

This collection is still available in 12x16 inches in size for prints! DM me for any copies if desired!

Artist Thadea Decora
Title NYX 2026
Exhibit: Burlington Waterfront Sculpture Trail.

NYX 2026 is a reflection on the Artist’s feelings about AI and Technology in all its wonder and horror.
Inspired by the Ghost in the machine and Cyberpunk (William Gibson). Thadea’s explores the realm of the perception of the human body and the use of technology and more. One can say she looks through the robot lens and the hardware and wire inside to create the image after a human in machine forms. The piece invites people to talk and take a look a closer look of what the future might be like. The art exhibit is part of Burlington Waterfront Sculpture Trail.
