POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

On Santiago in Cape Verde, pottery has passed from mother to daughter, and for many of the women in Filhas do Barro (Daughters of Clay), it helped feed the household.

Julieta Lasarte (@julietalasarte) and Cayetano González (@aboutlight_) filmed them shaping, carrying and firing the clay, letting the women say in their own words what the craft gave them.

The full film is now in The Eye at guzangs.com. Link in our bio.
