5262 days.

15 years of dedication to Moreton city excelsior. Training 4 nights a week, coaching on Saturday’s and games on Sunday’s. MCE has been like my second home, from starting back in kindy to now playing senior football. Being one of those players that the kindy kids get to walk out onto the pitch with and look up to. I hope my 15 years here at MCE has encouraged and inspired the young girls and boys of the club to always believe in themselves and always know they have a chance to one day be one of those senior players, even if it feels like an eternity away.

To my family for always motivating, encouraging and supporting me. And for also being my Uber to training and games for most of my journey. To all of my coaches for testing me, setting me challenges and always supporting me even when things got tough. To my former teachers, for guiding me and lifting me up through high school, especially when I was so caught up in my own head. To my friends I made along the way, especially my closest friend Alexis for always being there for me and creating an infinite amount of memories. To everyone at MCE, all the committee members, coaching staff, technical staff, you guys who have been there since I started. Thank you all!

Don’t worry my journey isn’t over yet! I hope to play for many, many years more at MCE!
