We created Embodied Ecology to bridge worlds - the one that lives within us and the one outside us. They are not separate, they never have been.

If we’re not taking care of the land, the soil and the trees, we are not taking care of our bodies, our food and how we breathe. They are quite literally the foundations of life.

We are a reflection of the outer. You cannot study one without the other. One of the most important aspects of any new experience is embodiment. We can do thousands of courses, workshops and modalities, but if it’s not integrated in the system, the essence is lost.

We have designed this immersion so that alongside deep diving into how to read the land, tend to it and create food systems, we are also tending to our internal systems that also require nourishment, space, reflection, creativity and movement.

We’re still feeling the rippling effects of the container that was created for our first immersion this year. The abundance of wisdom holders and vibrant meals. The music and dancing as we planted trees. The silence in the mornings to let the learnings steep. The ceremonies that connected us to Country and to each other. What felt really profound though is the group of humans that came together and became family.

We genuinely have limited spots for our next February immersion and they are now live on our website with payment plans to make it super easy and affordable to join us.

We have one scholarship spot - if you’re interested please email us by 30th November, theembodiedecology@gmail.com

Love for the collective. Love for the knowledge that was being passed on from our amazing teachers: @timogranzotti @msmindywoods @peterwindrim @nina_karnikowski @weforestearth @helenanorberghodge . Love for the incredible food catered by @sage.eventsbyronbay . So much love for @brooke.brash without whom nothing would have happened! And @nomadichands for the massage, movement and good vibes… we couldn’t have imagined a more loving, curious and talented group of humans to make up our first immersion at the beautiful @nest.byronbay - And we can’t wait to continue this journey together … the future is a FOREST! 🌳lastly big love to our sponsors @h2coco and @ritualoils.co and @sunniezuleta for the videos 🫶🏽🫶🏽
