How do we fit everything we’re grateful for into one post? 🫨

✨Spoiler: we can’t… because this community fills our hearts far beyond one caption.

To every AHT member and coach… thank you. Your energy, your consistency, your support, and your belief in this place are the reason AHT is what it is today. We don’t just have a gym… we have a family. ❤️

This year, we celebrated YOU with our annual Member Appreciation Day…aaaaand took it to the next level with our very first Member Appreciation Gala. 💃🏼✨ A night to honor your hard work, your milestones, and the incredible community that continues to grow inside these walls.

From our AHT family to yours,
Happy Thanksgiving. 🍁 We hope you enjoy this time with your people, recharge, and feel just as appreciated as you are.

Shoutout to my co-chair @francescascutari — my hotdog sister in crime, and to all of the amazing friends who made this summer the best one yet❣️Cheers to the only, skansummer
