🖤I did it again...🙏🏽 with a goal to catch the 🌄 and hiked up solo, but missed it by 20 min... 😔
So next time I'll plan a bit better ... yep i said next time lol... but I've had a rough week, pulled an all nighter, and still recovering from my latest knee/hamstring injury...
🖤So I needed to do this today and I did it, even when I thought I was going to keel over, and I questioned life...I kept going and here she is...looking forward to the next time! 🤯😊
🖤SN: The wind was brutal...that backbend on slide 3 was as far as I was going because the wind said ...nope! 😩🤣

☆Today I conquered Mountains!
~
Literally and Figuratively!
Why?...Because, not even 2 months ago, I could hardly walk...my mobility was worsening progressively...and after a year of Tests, Scans, MRIs, Blood work, Physical Therapy, being told nothing is out of the norm, your blood work is healthy...I was coming to a point where I was exhausted and many times, just done and past my breaking point. (SN: Thank you to many of you on/off line who without even realizing it were my anchors, esp. on the days when I was over it!)
~
Then about 2 months ago...walking up my stairs I noticed my movements were stable, I wasn't limping and at first I thought it was a fluke. Over the next few days I was afraid to get too excited, because what if it reverted back...but it didnt...
~
No explanations, nothing...My mobility improved quite literally overnight.
~
So what now?...I just started moving again, doing the things I enjoyed, listening to my body and strengthening my left side since I compensated for months using my right. Found a new enjoyment in Kickboxing, Started walking daily, And restarted my Yoga Practice 1 Sun Salutation at a time.
~
When I was invited to hike up this Mountain, I was like ...uh...this seems a bit much so soon. But I set out my clothes...and got up...and showed up...
~
Then I was like...there's no way I'm making it up the top. I was jusy going to try to make it to the half way point.. and I was told no pressure, just get to where I can.
~
As I approached the summit, I felt the emotions of an entire year of 'What the F*cks!?!"release.
~
