Lil Stevie would face Lorenzinho Godoy for the 1st time at The 1st ever ADCC kids Championship back in August of 2024 , they would battle for 9 minutes straight going into 2 overtime periods , lil Stevie would pull off the ever so close judge’s decision win , it was by far one of the most competitive fights of the tournament, they would again face each other in Lisbon Portugal 🇵🇹 for the IBJJF European Championships just 2 months later , Stevie would win a very competitive close match in the Finals , our up most respect to Lorenzinho who came up in weight to Challenge Stevie, I believe he felt very confident from there 1st meeting at ADCC and truly believed this was his match that he needed to catapult him to that Elite Status if you want to be the best you gotta beat the Best, I believe there’s a good chance of them possibly meeting at this years Pans #adcc_official #levelxblack #jiujitsulifestyle #ibjjf

This past weekend I competed at @ibjjf American Nationals tournament in Las Vegas and came away with🥇in gi and🥉in nogi. Hats off to each of my opponents who displayed great skills. Last year I went to this tournament and walked away empty handed. It’s been a steady grind to improve each day to earn a spot on the podium. I’m grateful to all those who helped me along the way.

Mahalo to the professors, coaches, teammates, and ‘ohana back home in Hilo, Hawaii at @romajiujitsuacademy 🌊 for always believing in me and supporting me. I was so happy 😁 to see my Roma friends at the tournament!

Mahalo to my ‘ohana especially my Aunty @jenekaka and Uncle @djkekuaokalani 👫for letting me stay with them this summer so I could train at @artofjiujitsu.

Mahalo to the friends I’ve made at @aojcostamesa that welcomed me in and helped me prep for this tournament. Thanks to the professors and coaches who worked with me to improve my game @tainandalpra @jptranjj @mickey_whelan. It’s been a great experience for me to follow in the footsteps of professor @kawika6 whose been a world class professor and mentor throughout my journey.

Now it’s time to prepare for #PanKids2026 in Florida. Always learning and growing overcoming one trial at a time by trusting in the Lord ✝️.
