The Queen Bee aka @thatbeereads is the cutest person ever and decided we should be cool & do the one word response trend but in a bestie edition 💅 I went into my camera roll and made my version a little unhinged for funsies. Watch further for a squirrel eating a pumpkin & my attempt at a phoenix past my bedtime 🤣🐿️🐣 Naturally I support that fully because who DOESNT LOVE hyping up their best friends? Finding out how someone close to you sees you is actually the funniest but also most amazing feeling ever and I can’t wait to go to sleep now so confident & grateful to have an amazing person like her to yap about books and life with. 💬Shoutout your fav book bestie and tell them why you are grateful to them. We all need a little boost now and then. #bookbestie #onewordchallenge #questions

Pass the ARC: Traumatized Tatermaids edition Whit somehow ended up bringing together some of the funniest, most unhinged people I’ve met on Booksta through her ARC and Street Teams. So naturally, we’re passing the final ARC in this incredible series around like the hot potato it is. *shouts from the rooftops* THE NAIADS OF JUILE IS OFFICIALLY COMPLETE! Being on this street team has been such a fun experience and I’m honestly a little offended that we’ve reached the end. If you haven’t started this series yet, now is your chance. Come suffer with us. 💙 Huge love to @whit.stanfield for creating this world and somehow collecting this chaotic little street team along the way. QOTD: drop your favourite completed series below!

UNO Bookish Challenge!! Thanks for the idea @bookishmama.vee -> @elissasepilogues -> @bina.book.reviews! Grabbed some of my book besties to see what everyone was selecting. The fun part is everyone did this blind. The spread is cool and the duplicate books/authors is neat. Now we know we're in the right place with the right people! Keep an eye out for another UNO challenge from more of my book besties! Do you wanna play? 🚨BOOK REVIEW🚨 After reading Between Tides and Thunder I was craving more of these characters and this story. With Between Sky and Sea, Leena delivered a fantastic new POV from our favorite Dark Commander, Zev! I loved getting to experience the story from his POV. This follows the same events of BTAT, but now we see what Zev was doing and thinking when Mayah isn’t present, including more of his relationship with his father and brother and their complicated interactions. We can feel his yearning and conflicting feelings, and his heartbreak. This was a perfect addition to the story. *****WARNING: Read Between Tides and Thunder first! BSAS will majorly spoil BTAT if you read them out of order. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️ 🗡️🗡️🗡️ No cliffhanger Quotes: ✨“This was my favorite view in all of Arbinj,” I whisper in her ear. “Was?” It’s you now, baby. It’s you. But I can’t say that. Not yet. ✨If I died in her arms right now, I’d be content with my fate. ✨ My last carriage ride was infinitely better than this one. And the carriage exploded. #bookreview #bookrecommendations #flatlay #naturallight #indieauthor

You thought Between Tides and Thunder by @leenakazakbooks broke you? Just wait until you reread FROM ZEV’S POV!!! And it’s available RIGHT NOW in ebook and on KU! QOTD: Please join me in screaming in the comments ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ You thought you knew the whole story... ...but you’ve only heard one side. Early readers are raving: “I knew what was going to happen, but somehow you’ve managed to hurt me MORE!?” “LEENA. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. I’M CRYING.” “Everyone who loved BTAT needs to read this. There’s SO MUCH of the story we don’t see!” “OMG I didn’t know Zev did that!! I don’t know how to feel now.” Introducing BETWEEN SKY & SEA: the unmissable experience of Zevayr & Mayah’s journey through Zevayr’s eyes—where every moment hurts even more. Relive the unputdownable story of BETWEEN TIDES & THUNDER from Zevayr’s perspective. This highly-requested POV flip will make you see everything differently. If the first book left you devastated—this one will annihilate you. ⚡️✨⚡️Author’s Note: It is highly, highly recommended that readers first read BETWEEN TIDES & THUNDER in its entirety before reading BETWEEN SKY & SEA. The internet-breaking, heart-wrenching, soul-crushing experience will not be the same otherwise.⚡️✨⚡️
