I really miss my international friends and my family abroad. My dad sent me a video from our trip last December and I started to cry.

Last year this time I was getting ready to go celebrate another turning of age across three different countries with so many wonderful friends and my beloved aunt, grandma, little cousins and dad.

2020 has brought a lot of uncertainty. I have traveled a lot in my almost 23 years. This is only the 2nd time I’ve actually stayed on US soil for longer than 6 mos at a time since starting college in 2015. The bonds I have across this world are unhindered by time or distance, but it hurts not being able to know when and what is next.

Yet, I will have faith that we all will be reunited again. Life has a funny way of reminding you what to cherish. And I cherish the bonds that I hold so dearly to my heart. Thank you for all the good times and a toast to making it up down the road. 💞 C’est la vie. 🌎 ❤️
