Catwoman Selina Kyle by The Legend @jeffdekal
Personal Sketch card: 2.5x3.5

Jeff Dekal is an absolute master of inks, liquid charoal, leveraging negative and list goes on and on. He’s been one of my favorites for a while with his own unique stylistic approach. What an honor to meet him and briefly talk shop at NYCC 2026.

Blown away by what he was able to do on such a small canvas, so impressive!

Check his work out, give him a follow and hit him up for a sketch card or two!

Great 3 dollar snag today at @halfpricebooks - Actually one of the only classic mags in the #starwars section and on my list of needs. The last of the issues before the Empire Strikes Back adaptation begins with #39. And you can actually read that they had to add this story in due to scheduling issues. I already had the Marvel UK part one edition but not the U.S. one. Gave me also a little chance to do some admin on the old checklist divider -now 40 years old lol. Down to about 13 regular issues and 2 of the annuals from finally completing the run. Best kinda ways to spend some of a Saturday if you ask me. How bout you out there? How is your classic run? Complete? Couple issues only? Did you get em as kids or trying them out now? Let me know! I’m close to doing some shows on this in the coming time. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Fresh off of @newyorkcomiccon

My favorite Annual pickup from the Legendary @billsienkiewiczart

I give you the late Great Val Kilmer as Batman from Batman Forever. Remember seeing this in the theater for my birthday with @pikicolon1971 at Newport Mall in Jersey on release day which happened to be my birthday!

Huge shoutout to Sue for coordinating these pieces year after year, she is absolutely amazing!

Quick rip of a new @topps #starwarschrome 2026 blaster. Some cool designs and parallels as well as some inserts, including a die it helmet series. 8 packs in a box with 4 cards per pack. 32 cards in all. 4 guaranteed Ray wave parallels. You might find these in the wild and let me know if you do! Thanks to those who hopped on and MTFBWY

Super happy to find some of the new @topps 2026 #starwarschrome on the shelves of my lcs @chicagolandsportscards and check out their gorgeous new and expanded location. As you can see, the blasters have a smaller allocation, but given how prices are now, very happy to pay 30 bucks per. In the blaster you get 8 packs of 4 cards each for 32 cards- a far cry from the old days of 10 packs of 6-8 for 20 bucks. Like past releases of the chrome, you’ll have parallels exclusive to the blaster and long odds on the hits you’d find in a hobby or breaker box. I’ve also heard reports of people finding them in Walmart. I’ve been to two Targets, but no dice. I’ll do dive on these for the pod and post some pics and maybe a vid here on IG. Curious to see what I got here. #cardcollecting #starwarscards #tradingcards

Well… our first box of Upper Deck DC Platinum did NOT disappoint! 🔥

Sunday we finally cracked our first box and pulled this absolutely gorgeous Peacemaker Artist Auto! 🎨✍️

The color on this card is incredible, and there’s just something different about pulling an artist autograph out of a product like this. Definitely one of those cards that makes you stop and appreciate it before moving on to the next pack.

DC Platinum is officially off to a VERY good start. 👀

What do you think — would you keep this one in the PC or move it?
