This might be my favorite way to use up all the zucchini and squash from the garden. 🤤🌿

Flaky puff pastry.
Creamy Boursin.
Fresh garden veggies.
Crispy bacon.
Crispy prosciutto.
Homemade hollandaise.
Fresh Parmesan.
A little lemon zest to bring it all together.

It’s not goodbye… it’s I’ll see you later 🥹🌊🫶🏼

When I said a lot has been transpiring behind the scenes, I mean A LOT. We are officially less than a week out from saying goodbye to our little CA home and heading north to Oregon.

The last 12 years here have held so many seasons. So many highs, some deep lows, and more core memories than I can even count. God has blessed us beyond measure with the opportunity to live in one of the most beautiful places — but even more than that, He brought us our people. Not just friends… family.

I don’t think I’ll ever quite fill the space these friendships hold in my heart — and I don’t want to. I’m just learning how to hold them from 1,700 miles away ✨

As many of you know, we’ve been splitting time between here and Oregon. While keeping a space here would be incredible, it just doesn’t make sense for our family right now or for the future we’re building. And while change in our family dynamic isn’t easy to say out loud, I trust that God’s plan is greater than anything I could try to control.

San Diego, you’ll always have a piece of my heart. Take care of it 🫶🏼🥹✨
