Everybody loves the idea of getting faster, stronger and becoming a better athlete.

The early mornings before school. Training after a long day. Getting your work in between practices, games, homework, friends and family. The days you feel great and the days you really don’t feel like doing anything.

Showing up. Putting in the work. Getting coached. Seeing yourself becoming better than you were a month ago.

Enjoy the process. Someday you’re going to miss it.

If you’re a high school athlete looking for a place to train consistently, be coached, and have an actual plan for your development throughout the year, reach out about checking out OAP with a free trial!

Everybody wants to be the beast. Faster, stronger, more explosive, more confident, more successful.

But not everybody wants to do what the beast does.

There is school, practice, games, homework, family, friends, and everything else that comes with being a student-athlete.

This is where the separation starts.

Finding a way to get your work in when your schedule is packed. Showing up when it would be easier to skip. Taking care of the little things when nobody is watching.

You do not have to be perfect. You just have to keep choosing the things that move you closer to where you want to go.

Everybody wants the result.
Not everybody wants the process.
