I don’t really post online that much these days.

I feel like I should share my music more and I intend to. Honestly I’ve been struggling, past patterns crept up on me and I became really destructive towards myself. l’ve also pushed people away because of it. guess all I’m trying to say is never forget to give yourself grace when you are in a rough spot.

When things do get hard plan ahead.

As someone who struggles with BPD and feels BIG feelings on a daily basis, learning to use my DBT skills is honestly so important. Practicing them daily. I’ve heard BPD can be cured, but it’s only from daily practice of the skills we learn. I’m still in recovery and I’m still doing the work. I’m thrilled to say on another note my album is on its way to being finished. That has been the light at the end of the tunnel.

This 2016 #throwback really took me down memory lane especially after discovering how easy it is to search that year on Instagram. So many incredible memories. I lost some amazing people and formed relationships that have truly stood the test of time.
