INTRODUCING THE CREW
Meet Dayvee Kellr
Ibekwe Andrew David is a graduate from the department of the Performing and Films Arts in the University of Ilorin, with great zeal and passion in dancing, acting and filmmaking with an experience in theatre productions and stunt making.

My Experience on The Hitman Set
“My experience on The Hitman project has been a fun filled experience from the rehearsal process to the time of the filming. Working with the director and the cast has been an amazing ride, an insightful one because we all were working on bringing creative ideas into a bigger picture for the viewers to relate with not just for the entertainment only. The zeal, the passion, the dedication and sacrifices made by both the crew and cast is what made my experience worthwhile, I mean there are times we stayed late on set and all but then… It’s what we signed up for. It’s an honour and privilege to be part of this production and I’d make that same decision if there’s going to be a next one. Big shout out to A PERFECT WRITER PICTURE. I am honoured to have worked with you on this production. All love.”

Meet Folarin
Kehinde Folarin Olaoluwa, a renowned choreographer, graduated from University of Ilorin, Department of Performing and Film Arts. He is a dancer, a fashion designer, and a content creator.

My Experience on The Hitman Set

“THE HITMAN for me was a nice experience, bringing me closer to reality of greater heights, wonderful sequence throughout the rehearsal process and the hard work of the actors. It’s all a bitter-sweet experience; shooting day and night marathons, bringing the impossible out in a blink of an eye. It is so wonderful for me in so many aspects working with different actors and bringing out the best in them for this series. Watch out for this amazing series that would keep you on your edge… don’t forget to swallow your spit while watching THE HITMAN”

There is trouble lurking. The trouble did not begin today.
It began long ago, when we believed that things like this don’t happen in Nigeria. But it does.

On October 19, 1986, journalist Dele Giwa opened a parcel at his home in Lagos. It was a bomb. He died from his injuries shortly afterwards. His killers have never been convicted.

Fifteen years later, on December 23, 2001, Justice Minister Bola Ige was shot dead inside his home in Ibadan.

Again, questions.
Again, suspects.
Again, no definitive answer.

Then, July 27, 2006.

Funsho Williams.
A politician preparing for the 2007 elections. He was found murdered in his Lagos home.

And suddenly, assassination didn’t sound like something from a foreign movie anymore. But perhaps the most frightening question isn’t who died?

It is…

Who killed them? We give them names that make them easier to understand. But before they became killers… they were human beings.

Someone’s son. Someone’s brother. Someone’s friend.

So when does an ordinary person become capable of taking another human life? And how does a man become a monster…

You call him an assassin.
Gunman. Bandit. Criminal.
Here, we call him…

Keep your eyes peeled for what’s to come. There’s an entire underground universe to uncover!
