We’ve got less than a month of summer left to Live, Thrive, and Vibe in LA with all the get togethers, bowling nights, carne asadas and chilling at the movies to get out the heat. While you’re at it, make sure you’re rocking one of our latest tees and keep an eye out for everything else we’ve got on the way 😎🙌🏻🔥

Check on your strong friends. Check on the ones who laugh the loudest, carry everyone else, and always say, “I’m fine.”

Some people are fighting battles behind smiles so convincing that no one thinks to ask twice. Suicide doesn’t always come with a warning, and pain doesn’t always look like pain.

Show up for your people—not only when it’s convenient, not only when they ask, but when your heart tells you something feels different. Sit with them. Listen without judgment. Remind them that they matter. Tell them you love them while they’re still here to hear it.

Friendship is more than memories and good times. It’s noticing the silence. It’s making the call. It’s staying when the conversation gets uncomfortable. It’s reminding someone that they don’t have to carry the weight of this life alone.

Love your people loudly, intentionally, and consistently. Sometimes one genuine “I’m here, and I’m not going anywhere” can be the light someone desperately needs.

You never truly know what someone is surviving behind closed doors. Be kind. Pay attention. Show up. Say “I love you” today—tomorrow is never promised. 🖤
