For the month of November I staged at @maisonpasserellenyc by @gg30000. I first wanna thank executive chef @davidsucio and his team @deborahljean @paulaborjav @cravekingnyc for having me and making me feel welcome.

As a chef I believe that we must continue to be inspired, continue to strive to find new knowledge and understanding of what we do to push the envelope of cuisine through our lens.

In being at @maisonpasserellenyc and working under Chef David for the past three weeks It was inspiring to see how every person n the team is pushing to accomplish something great for the restaurant.

For me the flavors, plating, technique and care given to each items and feeling, you receive in tasting the food tells you everything you need to know about what’s coming for this truly amazing place.

I’m super proud to know everyone on the team and to have been side by side working with them and doing what we love. I can only pray with the upcoming opening of my space I bring together a culture special as the one that is being cultivated there. I already miss yall. 😊❤️

Another year of going to New York and almost convincing myself to move there, happy to have spent my time with friends I’ve had for over a decade! I love all these people tremendously, until next year New York❤️

6 month update since I hardly post:

So far I’ve gotten a new car, continued my professional dance career, done a little traveling, met an amazing guy and made some new friends and reunited with old ones.

Honestly not a bad first half of the year 🥹
