I’m honoured to have been selected as a Wellbeing Champion under the Commonwealth Youth Council’s Are You Okay? campaign. 🌍

I look forward to creating spaces for honest conversations about mental health and well-being, encouraging young people to speak openly, listen to one another, and support each other without judgment.

I believe that sometimes, the most important conversations begin with a simple question: Are you okay?

I look forward to taking this commitment into my community and contributing to a culture where mental health matters and no young person feels they have to struggle in silence.
