Would I get up at 4 AM to work out on my own? Absolutely.

Is the accountability crucial? 100%.

Would I push myself this hard by myself or even in a group class? Definitely not.

That’s the power of coaching. @thatsyobody @joshazor is my coach and he pushes me 3x/wk. It’s imperative to my business that I get in shape and walk the walk. Josh is helping me reach my goals.

Even coaches need coaches. Having someone who knows when to challenge you, when to encourage you, and how to help you get more out of yourself is invaluable.

I ended up subbing for my own sub this morning. Business ownership is full of unexpected curveballs, but I’m grateful for every one of them. They remind me why I believe so deeply in what we do at FAYR—for our clients and for ourselves.

Who’s in your corner pushing you to become stronger? Let it be us @fitallyearround

All coaches need coaches.

I’m incredibly grateful to call Josh my strength coach. 🍀

No matter how much you know, having someone in your corner to challenge you, refine your technique, and keep you accountable is invaluable. I can’t wait to get back next week and continue building on everything we’ve started.

I’m proud to have Josh coaching me while also sharing his knowledge with our Fit All Year Round community. If you’re ready to get stronger, move better, and have expert guidance every step of the way, he’s here for all of us. 💪

Don’t forget your grip socks! 🧦

We wear grip socks during class to help you move safely while giving your feet the connection they need with the ground.

Training in shoes can sometimes create a false sense of stability and reduce the feedback your body receives. With your feet grounded, you’ll better feel your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and the small stabilizing muscles in your feet and calves working together.

Strong movement starts from the ground up. Your feet create the foundation for better balance, alignment, and total-body strength.

See you in the Strength Space!
