📢 Sleep Training Myth Busted! 🛌💤

“Sleeping through the night” doesn’t mean your baby never wakes up! 🤯

Here’s the truth: All babies (and adults!) naturally wake up several times during the night. The difference is that some babies can settle themselves back to sleep without needing help.

So, when we say a baby “sleeps through the night,” we mean they can fall back asleep on their own after these natural wake-ups. It’s all about self-soothing skills, not magical uninterrupted sleep! 🌙✨

Simple reminder to slow down and rest …

Be patient with God and with yourself. One of life’s frustrations is that God’s timetable is rarely the same as ours. We are often in a hurry when God isn’t. You may feel frustrated with the seemingly slow progress you’re making in life.

Please be patient. God is not finished with you yet. God isn’t finished with you, either, so keep on moving forward and stop being so hard on yourself.

Slow down.

Breath.

He will come.
