Coop’s Got a Question EP:5

Everyone at 816 is cheering for all the runners taking on the Chicago Marathon this weekend!

You trained for this. You put in the miles. Now it’s time to trust the work, keep putting one foot in front of the other, and enjoy the ride!

When it gets tough, remember: You don’t have to be fast. You just have to keep moving forward.

Good luck, runners! You’ve got this!

Pure chaos was the vibe today!!!

Thanks a ton to @brooksgurukc for bringing the demo shoes and the fun 3:42 Challenge!!!

With warmer weather later today we also had the high school football and cross country teams on the track with us, lol.

Confidence doesn’t just happen overnight… confidence is gained by repeated experiences of doing the thing you feared, the thing you said you would do, the thing you didn’t think possible.

That confidence then overflows into every area of your life!!!!

You all should be a little more confident after today. Now keep showing up, for yourself and for eachother!!❤️

See you next week - @rochesterkansascity - 7:30am
