. . 🇺🇸 There is nothing more true than wearing a kimono and go on a Mat and challenging yourself to be good at it ... and I’m not talking about being a medalist, I’m talking about overcoming barriers ... whether physical or emotional, if the barriers are physical, JiuJitsu, impressively will work at balance, motor coordination, laterality etc ... if the barriers are emotional, jiu-jitsu will challenge you to overcome them, because within the game, “under pressure” you are obliged to seek solutions to the problems imposed by your opponent ... bringing this to your daily life, nothing will be so difficult that you will not be able to face… . . . 🇺🇸 Many athletes pass through my hands... and all of them say they want to be champions... but only a small portion of them is really willing to "pay the price" to be a champion... because the champion does not seek comfort, the champion's training consists of training what he doesn't want … to train the fragile part of his game … and most want to train only what he does best … look for training that doesn't take you out of comfort, but I'm sorry to tell you that being a champion is perhaps the easiest part … because a medal is not difficult to obtain, but certainly this pleasure cannot be compared to the pleasure of “MAKING HISTORY” within your modality… therefore, BE DIFFERENT FROM THE EQUALS… osssss . . #champions #bjj #jiujitsu #artesuave #peace #mentalhealth

. . . 🇺🇸 Where you see medals, I see people ... behind each student, champion or not .... there is a story... have you ever stopped to listen to your student? _____ Today jiu-jitsu gave me another opportunity, in addition to fighting, being happy, having fun and seeking my best performance... I was privileged to get to know another country, culture and customs. Thankful to God for the opportunities and everyone who is part of this process, alone the path would be much more difficult. Thank you to my Abu Dhabi Police team, my training companions, my nutritionist and heart owner 🫶🏼 @thamirespossiderio, together we are stronger! #egypt #ajp #ajptour #ajpw #jiujitsu #abudhabi #abudhabipolice #uae #bjj #lifestyle #goldmedal
