In June 2025, the THC Foundation had the privilege of visiting Cairo, Egypt, to support Palestinian refugees recently evacuated from Gaza. 🇵🇸💛 In partnership with @networkforpalestine and the incredible team at Network for Palestine, we helped provide essential items—diapers, hygiene products, toothbrushes, milk powder—and, just as importantly, we listened.

NetworkForPalestine is a 400-square-meter free showroom where displaced families are treated with dignity, able to choose what they need most. Every week, dozens of families find support through this grassroots effort—and during our visit, so did we.

One young boy, passionate about IT and streaming, shared his dream with us. With no access to electricity or internet, his ambitions felt out of reach. We gifted him a computer and headset, opening a window to opportunity—and we’re staying connected to help him grow.

This mission reminded us that true impact is personal. Compassion, dignity, and long-term empowerment are the foundation of everything we do. 💪🌍

🌻The other day, at the Lashibi Senior High School with @akayafoundation and @thc.foundation.

Teaching young people and their teachers about consent and the legal implications of Gender-based violence could make such a difference in reducing the rate of teenage pregnancy, domestic violence and other forms of abuse.

MAY/BIRTHDAY DUMP

Chapter 39 feels amazing, by the awesome grace of God. Age is nothing but a number, but to think I’ve entered the final year of my 30’s is so wild. I vaguely remember being a baby girl😅 who didn’t need recovery time after a night out😅, but here we are, proudly claiming auntie status. May was all types of wholesome, amazing, beautiful and emotional moments. From attending my cousins wedding in Albania, being covered with some powerful prayers by anointed ministers, celebrating both of my nieces birthdays, to creating beautiful memories with my amazing hubby, kids, family and friends, not to mention being spoiled back to back🥹. Definitely such a memorable and special month.

I know from the outside looking in, I appear to be a high-maintenance babe…. (I can be)🤣😛, but those who really know my heart, know that words of affirmation and acts of service are my ultimate love languages, and my goodness, have I been loved on this past month past the point of overflow. I’m so grateful and deeply cherish the special tribe I have been blessed with beyond words, and appreciate all the sweet messages and prayers, which had me sobbing. In a world that’s so transactional, fast paced, self centred, often very cruel and let’s not mention ridiculously expensive, to be on the receiving end of so much intentionality, thoughtfulness and generosity, just to see me smile and make me feel so loved and celebrated, means the absolute world to me🤎😭. I truly don’t take it for granted, and I’m so thankful to every one who made this month special in your unique way.

For anyone who’s been burnt, deflated, or just disappointed with adult relationships/friendships in general, those that feel they pour endlessly and never have it reciprocated?. I hope this post will encourage you to never do them how they did you!!!. Stay rooted in the purest love there is, God’s love. Find peace, and keep sowing kindness, because it will definitely come back to you a hundredfold. xx

PPE = Powerful, Patient, Empowered 💕

This is the message we left with 100 incredible girls at our Like Her Project session in Lashibi, Tema in collaboration with Jayne Doherty & the @thc.foundation

Jayne’s session was a masterclass in resilience, purpose, and self-leadership, showing the girls that true strength comes from within.

We were also joined by the amazing @edwinacindy_xo, who led a session on self-love and confidence, reminding every girl in the room that she is enough, just as she is.

Together, we’re not just teaching; we’re transforming lives, one session at a time.

Thank you to everyone who made this day so impactful. Let’s keep empowering our girls to rise. 💫

Reflecting on an incredibly impactful day from last year’s Menstrual Hygiene Education Program. It was truly heartwarming to see the smiles on the faces of over 350 wonderful young girls at the Ashongman Presbyterian Cluster of schools in Ghana. We equipped them with essential awareness training and provided them with much needed reusable sanitary pads and dignity kits, all locally made, durable, and designed to empower!

Period poverty is still a massive issue that can’t be solved by the government alone. Honestly, I didn’t fully grasp the extent of the problem until my work with @unwomenuk exposed me to just how many women and girls are still affected. According to a recent UN Women study:

💫Up to 95% of menstruating girls miss one to three days of school each month
💫70% have had their grades negatively impacted, widening the educational gap between girls and boys.
💫66% of girls didn’t even know about menstruation before getting their first period, leaving many feeling scared and unable to go to school
💫Financial barriers preventing them from accessing sanitary products often leads to serious health issues, like reproductive and urinary tract infections, future infertility, and complications during birth, furthering the gender equality gap.

A huge shoutout to my team at @thc.foundation and our delivery partners AFAWI for recognising the needs of these students and playing a crucial role in making this project happen. We’re committed to providing this training, reusable sanitary pads, sanitation facilities to 5,000 students in this program—a huge step towards breaking down barriers and helping adolescent girls grow into healthy, educated, and empowered women!

🌍✨ As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting deprived communities worldwide, our Office Manager carried out a recent mission in Portugal on behalf of THC foundation🇵🇹. The charity supported by the International Christian Fellowship Church (ICFC) has been serving hot meals for over a year. 🍲💙
The Soup Kitchen in Portimão provides food, drinks, toiletries, and medication three times a week. 🥖🥛🩺 Rahil joined a volunteer campaign, distributing bottles of milk, warm food, 🥛 and other generous donations to help support their amazing work. He concluded with a monetary donation to the centre manager who was most grateful. We couldn’t be more proud to support this worthy cause and look forward to doing more impactful work with them 🤲❤️

This time last year some of the Trinity back-office team took to the streets of London to hand out warm drinks, food and self-care kits to those in need.

This year, the snowy weather has meant that many of those we support during our outreach have been relocated to shelters. We will we are looking to donate to local homeless charities and shelters that need our urgent support. If you or anyone you know could do with a helping hand, please get in touch today on 0203 475 1919.

Today we had the privilege of meeting George at @great_house_revival_ministries to drop off the last of our Christmas donations.

We look forward to working with a number of organisations in the coming months to provide even more support.
