Clash of the clubs 🤝

Last night we hosted a collab team run between @the.25th.hr and @hull.sunday.run.day to bring our teams together.

Both groups put a focus on community and belonging so it only made sense to bring us together for a 5k run followed by a social @rabbitholeott.

Thank you to everyone that came out and made it such a great event 🙌

❄️ First Cold Plunge at Britannia Beach! ❄️

Taking an icy dip for the first time at Britannia Beach was a thrilling adventure! 🚀 Even in the freezing cold, it was fantastic to share this experience with the amazing @unlockthe25th . Seeing everyone step so far out of their comfort zones was truly inspiring. 🌟

A huge thank you to Tom and the dedicated community for keeping the beach open during the winter—they work tirelessly, moving over 300lb blocks of ice! 💪🧊

Let's keep the good vibes flowing, folks! Who's ready for the next plunge? Sundays at 10am, see you next week!!! ❄️

~ Do the hard things ~

Today started with a nice 11.5km run followed by a 2 min cold plunge

What an experience. The hardest part was getting out and changing into warmer clothes.

Dare to be you, dare to be different. Do the things that other people may ridicule you for.

Life is too short to worry about what other people think about you.

Do the things that bring you joy, bring you happiness, and you will find your people

Today marks the first day of my Marathon training.
I will be participating in the @ottawaracewknd on May 25th.

It will be my first official race and I can’t wait to see what I can accomplish. I’m sure there will be a lot of ups and downs along this journey, but through it, I will learn more about myself and grow as a person.

If you were to tell me 9 months ago that I would be running a marathon, I would have called you crazy!

Shout to @unlockthe25th fam for always inspiring me to push past my comfort zone and strive to become better.

Currently using @runna coaching app to plan my training. Use code RUNNABUCWPFJ to get a 2 week free trial

The best way to predict the future is to create it.

Eventful past couple weeks, product launch, website launch. Learning and building. Wouldn’t have it any other way 🔓
