as an instructor, i know the room isn’t just full of people.

it’s full of…

so i’ll never take it lightly when you choose to spend an hour with me.

you never know what someone is carrying or celebrating when they walk through the door.

you don’t have to earn your spot on the mat.
you just have to show up. 🤍

A few moments from our Grand Opening this summer - and a reminder of why we created CC Studio in the first place.

We hope it feels good to be here, filled with genuine people who want to move and be around others that feel the same way.

Different ages. Different goals. Different starting points. All welcome here.

We’re proud of what this space has become, grateful for everyone who has helped shape it, and very excited for another season ahead.

See you soon ✌🏼

There is something truly special about walking into this beautiful space. Being an instructor and personal trainer isn’t just a job for me, it is a true passion of mine. I completely adore this studio, the incredible energy here, and every single person who walks through the doors. Getting to help you move, grow, and feel strong in your own skin is the best part of my day. I love what I do, and I love where I get to do it. 🤍

I’m grateful for everyone who sweats, laughs, and works hard with me. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your journey! ✨

Nothing beats a Sonya class!! Any chance I can to take class and train my body, I will take it. Haven’t danced barefoot in many many years and Sonya brought back all the feels and memories.

Thank you for fueling the Jazz Dancer in me.
