Pure passion. Pure drive. 🏀🔥 There’s something about having that ball in my hands. I can’t even explain the feeling. The energy, the adrenaline, the love for the game. I’ve been an athlete for as long as I can remember. Different stages of life, different sports, different challenges, but that fire in me has never changed. Some things you just don’t outgrow. They’re in you. Always have been. Always will be. ❤️🏀 @the.comebackgame

This comeback means a lot to me, and having people who genuinely believe in the journey makes it even more special. @rightbite , one of UAE’s leading meal plans believed in my comeback and chose to be part of it, making sure I’m fuelled properly every step of the way. Now it’s on me to put in the work. Time for me to play THECOMEBACKGAME. ⏳ #explore #fitnessjourney #dubai #mealplan #thecomebackgame

Your “what are we actually doing this week?” list has arrived 🫶🏼 Dubai has approximately 847 things happening at any given moment, so I did the scrolling for you. This week’s wellness edit is a mix of things worth leaving the house for — movement, community, sports, wholesome plans and a few experiences that are just a little bit different. Because your plans don’t always need to involve brunch and a bar. 🤍 Save this post for when the group chat inevitably asks “so what are we doing?” and send it to the friend you’re recruiting for this week’s plans. And if you’re new here: follow @wellness.dxb for the best wellness events, experiences and things to do in Dubai every week — especially the ones you probably wouldn’t find otherwise. Which one are you picking? 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 #Dubai #DubaiEvents #MyDubai #DubaiWellness #DubaiLife things to do in Dubai • Dubai events this week • Dubai wellness events • what’s on Dubai • Dubai activities • Dubai weekend plans • wellness in Dubai • fitness events Dubai • community events Dubai • unique things to do Dubai • Dubai workshops • Dubai experiences • healthy things to do Dubai • Dubai event guide • Wellness DXB This is my top pick this week: Because at one of the times in my life I had so much anxiety I didn’t even know if I could DO a class… this session immediately brought me back to myself. Must try! BOOK HERE ➡️ @soulsidewellness Why this made the list: This cycle club is different. There are four groups - something for everyone so you can alleviate the intimidation. Also @bikeera.official provides the rentals if you don’t have your own gear! BOOK HERE ➡️ @jumeirahjohnsrunningclub Why this is my value pick of the week: Have been playing padel, have always played tennis, time to switch it up a bit and pick up a badminton racquet. Plus! This is a social tournament and guaranteed fun for only AED 80 per player! BOOK HERE ➡️ @clubdunes.connect Why I love this: If you haven’t noticed, immersive experiences are my vibe. Surrounding yourself externally helps you dig deeper internally. BOOK HERE ➡️ @silvinajosephofficial Why I would try this: If you love Lagree you will love the chance for a little more pers Carousel featuring a curated weekly guide to 12 events and experiences happening in Dubai, including wellness, fitness, movement, workshops, community activities and unique things to do. My first love. 🏀 Long before the coaching, the gym, or the life I’ve built today… there was a basketball in my hands. My stepdad gave me that gift when I was 12 years old. Every weekend, I was the only girl on the court, playing street ball with the boys. That’s where I learned resilience, confidence, discipline, and how to keep getting back up. I didn’t know it then, but those moments were shaping so much more than my game. He’s no longer here, but every time I step onto a court, a part of him still is. People come into our lives for a reason. Some change your life forever without ever knowing the impact they made. The greatest gift my stepdad ever gave me wasn’t basketball. It was believing I belonged on the court. The man who put a basketball in my hands. Frank Vincent Falco. ❤️
