Mental health is everything.

Which is why I’ve created a daily practice called The Rewire Routine. It can be found on my membership platform The Retreat, and it has helped me a lot to shift my mindset these past few months, and while it also can help us reach goals, implement new habits, get rid of a fear, and much more, I especially notice a big difference when it comes to my mood. The combination of journaling and hypnosis that can be found in the routine is so powerful and really helps us to take the reins of our life.

Today’s challenge: strength Pilates with a puppy 🐾🤍 the result was more cuddles than exercises on the mat, but maybe that was just what was needed.

Thank you @hm @hm_move @fiaingman for the workout clothes, in love with this new set. 🫶🏽
