✅ MEMBER SPOTLIGHT ✅

Fridays are my favourite days to post. I love interacting with our members and snapping photos.

A lesson that the members at Iron Energy have taught me is that everyone has had hardships and an uphill battle to achieving our goals.

Some of us have hit those goals and are on to the next step.

Others are just starting to take that first step.

Regardless where you are on your journey, myself and the entire Iron Energy staff couldn’t be more proud of all the accomplishments.

The stories that are shared within our walls are sometimes heavy, light hearted, cheerful, but most of the time inspiring.

Thank you all for being apart of our gym and I look forward to our next conversation.

See you all Monday for more skits 😈

‼️YOU HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE FOURTH DAY 😂😭‼️

We always talk about how one of Iron Energy’s best trait is our community and how welcoming we are.

I know many of you feel the same way as this video, basically the same thing happened to myself.

Our walls are filled with very incredible individuals and I couldn’t be more proud to be apart of this community.

Thank you all 💙

Come get a tiny tattoo next Saturday, June 17th, in Chilliwack at Central Community Park! 11am - 5pm 🥳 I will have a booth at the @theveganfoodiefestival hosted by a lovely vegan boutique @theveganistbc .

I'll be doing tiny tattoos on the spot, and will be donating a portion of the proceeds to help my dear friends, @amysoranno and @nick.s.schafer , as they continue to fight their unfair trial/sentencing for exposing animal cruelty at Excelsior Hog Farm in Abbottsford. Their appeal fees are through the roof and they need our support.

⚠️I will NOT be tattooing ears/ fingers/ belly / bum / ribs.
⚠️18+ only
⚠️Tattoos will be small! Less than 2 inches.
⚠️ Designs are repeatable
✒️Drop by/walk up! Open to whoever is there and I’ll try to tattoo as many people as I can 🙏

🌱Come visit, say hello, check out the other amazing booths and yummy food, and support this animal-loving community. See you there!
