There are actually no words to describe this week celebrating Dan & Shannon! Everyone you surround yourselves with is fantastic, and the whole celebration was proof of how love brings people together. I’m so thankful for our friendship and getting to celebrate you both in Italy was so surreal 🥹Wishing you the happiest future full of love, your girls, and of course sunscreen! 💜

I am still SO speechless about the level of surprise that @the.hunter.sprong pulled off last night 😭 beyond thankful that we could celebrate with so many of our favorite people! It is not lost on me how insane and amazing it was for everyone to make it out here just for this (including my dad and Liam and Hunter’s parents who came just for the night). Will never be over it in the best way possible 🥹🤍🤍 p.s. this cake from Kaylie is the best thing I’ve ever seen 🐣🐣🐣

So special to celebrate 3 years with my best friend in one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen 🤍

There’s no one else I’d want beside me for the good times or the hard ones, and I’ve never felt calm and peace like I do now. Life with you is more fun than I even knew was allowed and I’m so thankful for you every single day!

Finally getting to fully do life together after nearly 2.5 years of long distance has been the greatest gift. There’s nothing better than doing all the normal life stuff we used to dream about, and knowing we get to do it all over every day after that 🥹

I love you, I love our girls (even if Tubs is still unsure about being friends with Princess who just wants to be her bff so badly), and I love our life together. I’m so excited for all that is still to come 💜

We recently celebrated Jackson and Tatjana, and it was truly unforgettable 🥳💜 I'm so thrilled for this incredible couple and felt so grateful to be part of their special day. Plus, I'm lucky to have the best wedding date ever - even if he did roast me in his best man speech 😘

I hit 7 years in recovery yesterday 💜 🥳 Sharing some of my favorite moments from the year that was one for the books and wouldn’t be possible without recovery as my foundation.

Leaving NY was one of the scariest and most rewarding things I’ve ever done, and it opened the door for me to keep building a beautiful life for myself. Ending long distance and building a home with Hunter has been one of the biggest joys of my life. It was not easy to move away from my best friends or build a new community, but I am so thankful for all of the people in my life across the country who lift me up every day.

I found so much growth and validation in my career this year, and I’m incredibly proud of myself for that. It feels really cool to believe in myself and what I’m doing, and to know I’m doing a damn good job. I also had to choose myself in ways I didn’t expect, and I’m proud of that too.

Recovery hasn’t made life easier, but it continues to make it worth living. It’s what allows me to keep showing up through the incredible highs, the challenging moments, and everything in between.

I’m so grateful to the version of me seven years ago who chose recovery. She gave me the chance to grow into who I am now, and I’ll never take for granted everything that choice made possible.

P.S. you can’t change the world on an empty stomach
