My reign as Mx Burlesque ACT has been so beautiful! 👑💖 I've been reflecting on this achievement (one of my proudest!) and the AMAZING opportunities and experiences I am so grateful for since being crowned Mx Burlesque ACT: 🍸Toured across Australia and the world! I have performed on big stages and in tiny bars across the Australian east coast, at least one outback Queensland town, in the US and Germany 🍸 Performed at the Burlesque Hall of Fame Tournament of Tease in Las Vegas with @jazida.burlesque and @cherrybomb_x, the first Australians to compete for Best Large Group! 🍸 Deepened many relationships and made new friends, too, who I treasure 🍸 Headlined shows and MC'd a couple, too! 🍸 Performed in several sold out shows 🍸 Performed at the Victorian Burlesque Gala 2026 🍸 Performed in three award winning shows in one week at Adelaide Fringe 2025 🍸 Took the mushroom to Berlin where I danced to a room full of people in awe in the early hours of the morning 🍸 Created four new acts, revamped two existing acts and improvised many more! 🍸 Judged the Apprentease ACT 2025 and 2026 🍸 Opened the Noosh’s first birthday party 🍸 Supported local artists, attending more shows and workshops than I could count! 🍸 Taught some workshops, even 🍸 A few amazing photoshoots with very cool photographers 🍸 Danced with live jazz and blues bands, which I have loved 🍸 Danced on a boat on the Thames until a crowd formed then danced right off the boat (it was docked dw haha) That’s probably enough for now! ✨ I don’t usually list things I do like this, but I thought it would be ok this one time 😉 Younger me would be so thrilled by my life now and the cool things I have been able to do - she didn’t realise it was possible. It is 😍 📸 1,17 @glasslens_photography, 2 @photos_by_a_martian 3 @shphotografia 5 @moloneygeorgia 6 @nathanjlester 8 @photosbyjamois 13 @jacintaoaten 14 @captavitaephoto - the rest by friends, lovers and myself #cheerstothat #ivehadthetimeofmylife #gratitude #achievementunlocked #mxburlesqueaustralia Sara sits on a bar wearing her Mx Burlesque ACT crown and a silvery white sequin dress, with mood lighting in the background.

Finally NOOSH'D ! Wanted to slide in since it's inception, & at last it aligned. And a cuuuteee one with the Muffin & Cupcake duo I'm crafting with my best sugary snacc @stiklas_newhart 🧁💗 Both half-baked yet completely cooked, we are playing with juggles, jealousy, gross outs, gender norms, diva-ness, tantrums, make-ups, sequins, frocks, & what lies beneath all of it (figuratively & literally 🍑👀). Adapting these characters for both saucy cabaret & wholesome children's shows has been a beautiful time, & what a treat to trial out some fun at the @the.noosh.show ✨️ Thanks for having us, & so much love to finalist @chokinghazardisallergictolatex & winner @ali_bi__art - what a powerful act for an incredibly well deserved win 😭🍋👏. If you haven't Noosh'd yet, either as audience or as an artists wanting to try some things, GET ON IT. What a blast, & curated by the most glorious @its.me.icky . 📸 @nathanjlester 📍 @funtimepony #circuscouple #jugglersofinstagram #juggler #canberranightlife #thenoosh
