Pregnancy asks so much of us. Of our bodies, our minds, our hearts.

Prenatal yoga is where I invite you to set all of that down for a little while. To breathe, to move gently, and to feel what your body is doing instead of judging it.

Nothing needs to be fixed. Nothing needs to be changed. Come exactly as you are.

📍 Mondays at 6:00 PM
📍 Saturdays at 10:15 AM
Book directly through One Tribe @the.one.tribe
Also available as a private class in your home

Expecting mamas in Miami, you need to go to @the.one.tribe for a prenatal massage 🤍✨🤰

I’m usually not the biggest fan of massages, but this one was much needed. Highly recommend booking with Amanda Fischer. ✨

The aches and pains at the end of pregnancy are crazy, it’s nice to pamper yourself and try to relax! 10/10 would recommend. 🤍

XOXO,
Pilates Girl 💋

You are creating life.

And that deserves to be honoured, not just medically, but deeply. In your body. In your breath. In your soul.

Prenatal yoga is a space created entirely for you — for the mother you already are, and for the one you are becoming. A place to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the extraordinary thing your body is doing right now.

Each class is thoughtfully crafted to prepare you — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — for the beautiful journey of birth. Through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and heartfelt connection, you'll find yourself leaving each session feeling lighter, calmer, and more deeply connected to your baby.

Whether this is your first pregnancy or not — you will always find something here that meets you exactly where you are.

Come as you are.

For the love of supporting women through every phase of life. 🤍

Stories like these are the reason I chose this medicine and built this space. Walking alongside a woman as her body evolves, and watching her feel more at ease in it, never stops feeling like a gift.

So grateful this is the work I get to do every day.

Birth is not about knowing everything. It's about being fully present — together.

When you practice yoga with your partner, something beautiful happens.

You begin to slow down. To breathe together. To connect on a level that words alone can't reach.

Through movement, touch, and breath — you build trust. A sense of safety. A quiet knowing that whatever comes, you will face it side by side.

Your partner plays such an important role in your birth experience. Not because they need to know every detail of labor — but because they need to know how to be present. How to support you. How to breathe with you. And how to hold you when you need it the most.

Prenatal partner yoga is an opportunity to practice that connection before labor begins.

Because birth is not only about welcoming your baby into the world.

It is about growing together. Trusting each other. And stepping into parenthood as a team — already knowing how to hold each other through the hardest and most beautiful moments of your lives.

Together you breathe. Together you move. Together you prepare to welcome your baby with love.

Let’s talk about pregnancy and lymphatic massage. 🤍

Almost every time I offer a lymphatic session, I realize just how many different ideas people have about what it is supposed to look or feel like.

Is it rough? Is it painful? Are there rollers, beads or wooden tools involved?

My approach is hands-on, intentional and adapted to your body. I use rhythmic massage techniques to encourage healthy fluid movement, ease that heavy or puffy feeling and support relief and relaxation—especially during pregnancy and postpartum.

Your body is already doing so much. The care you receive doesn’t have to feel aggressive to be effective.

Prenatal + postpartum lymphatic massage
Available at One Tribe and through home visits across Miami and Broward.

DM “LYMPHATIC” to book. 🤍

Preparing for birth together changes everything.

Not just what you know — but how you feel walking into it. Connected. Confident. Ready.

Partner Prenatal Yoga is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and prepare as a team for one of life's most beautiful and transformative transitions.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, partner-assisted stretching, labor positions, massage, and hands-on comfort techniques — your partner will learn practical, real tools to support you through pregnancy and birth. Not theory. Not guesswork. Real tools that make a real difference.

Because when birth begins — knowing how to support can make all the difference.

In this class you'll build:

*️⃣ Confidence — so neither of you feels lost when labor arrives
*️⃣ Communication — a shared language of touch, breath, and presence
*️⃣ Connection — a deeper bond before your baby even arrives

No yoga experience needed. All birth partners welcome. This class is for every couple who wants to show up for each other — fully, intentionally, and with love.

Come move, connect, and prepare together.

➡️ Saturdays at 2:00 PM · One Tribe Studio, Miami
