Everything worth while will seem mundane

I hesitated to even share this because it seems like common sense.

The “10,000 hour” seems like common knowledge but also distant from actually being lived out.

Excellence and greatness takes time and is only earned by those who are patient enough to prune the branch so it may bear more fruit.

Growth comes through cultivation, not sporadic action.

Excellent mitochondrial biogenesis notes from the MetFix coach at @the.origin.project 🙌 We love seeing fresh output from our coaches exploring these life-changing concepts.

”Adaptation follows demand.

Your body doesn’t add mitochondria because you want them, it adds them where energy is repeatedly required.

Intensity, duration, and fatigue decide which fibers evolve.
Mitochondrial biogenesis is what lets you maintain output without accumulating strain.

This is why things start to feel easier over time.”

If you’re to learn more about what’s happening in the body at a cellular level and how to leverage it for better fitness and longevity for your clients — it starts at the MetFix Foundations Seminar.

MetFix.org for tickets.
