My 3 children helped me design a space that is kid-friendly and fun! It’s also safe and engaging for them so you can workout on your time without worrying about child care.

I’m excited to introduce my new friend, Melissa!

Melissa will be leading yoga classes in my new studio @pariskymainstreet !

Melissa is a 200-hour RYT (registered yoga teacher). She has been teaching yoga for over two years, but has loved the practice for many years longer. She is also a special education teacher and wellness coach.

She is the mom of three daughters and wife to Brad.

She loves reading, spending time in nature, and cooking healthy food. 📚 🍃 🍲

Her yoga classes are intermediate level, but beginners are absolutely welcome!

Her classes feature a combination of mindfulness, breathwork, and lots of movement!

🗓️ Our class schedule will be announced to all current clients next week!
