Proof that the most unforgettable celebrations don’t have to wait for Saturday ✨

A few weeks ago on a Thursday, Krystal & Harrison tied the knot at Fig Tree, bringing pure elegance, boundless joy, and an effortless, unhurried ease to the grounds.

Watching their day unfold was such a beautiful reminder of why stepping outside the traditional Saturday box is pure magic—and why Sundays at Fig Tree are quickly becoming one of our couples’ favourite choices.

Choosing a Sunday carries that exact same intentional, relaxed rhythm:

The Ultimate Destination Flow: Guests arrive and settle into Byron over Friday and Saturday—so by the time Sunday’s ceremony arrives, everyone is sun-kissed, unwound, and completely present.

Soulful Atmosphere: A slower, more romantic pace that flows from golden afternoon light into an electric, intimate dance floor.

Greater Date Flexibility: Better opportunities to secure your dream season and lock in your top-tier vendor team.

Krystal & Harrison, thank you for bringing such infectious sweetness and style to our space.

Swipe through to soak in their joy—and if you’re dreaming of an unhurried Sunday celebration of your own, send us a DM to chat about upcoming dates.

THE SWEETEST COUPLE - KELLE & MAT 🤍

We’ve been counting down the seconds to share this preview of Kelle & Mat’s incredible day. Between the white garden roses breaking into bloom, the golden hour light—silken, warm, and melting soft across every frame as captured by Daniel Chafer—and two people whose joy was nothing short of electric, it was a total dream.

Effortless, elevated, and deeply romantic.
Fall in love & get ready to swooooooon. 🤍

Kelsey & Liam 🤍 An absolute dream celebration over the long weekend at @loscoglio_byronbay

An intimate celebration designed for them only. Deep red and blush roses, crushed blue velvet, candlelight and all the little details coming together to create something that felt incredibly special and completely their own.

One of those days that was quietly beautiful from beginning to end. A true honor to be entrusted to bring this vision to life, alongside an incredible team of creatives 🥀 🩵

Make the wedding a weekend - Let Sunday be the occasion 🥂🍾

A destination wedding in Byron Bay has a certain sense of theatre. Guests arrive from across the globe. The days gather momentum. Anticipation builds through long lunches, late afternoons by the ocean and evenings that seem to stretch effortlessly into something more.

And all the while, Sunday is waiting.

At Fig Tree, it arrives as a European summer soirée — European gardens in golden light, Limoncello Spritzes in hand, cocktails by the pool and an elegant celebration unfolding against the hinterland.

For Fi & Jamie, Sunday became the defining moment of their Byron Bay wedding weekend.

A celebration with the romance of Europe, the energy of Byron Bay and Fig Tree at its heart. 🌿✨
