What an honour it was to be asked to create and cook for such a special evening - an intimate wedding dinner for the most gorgeous bride and groom and their wonderful family.

The bride chose the menu after I sent over some options and we had a chat about them. Thankfully the food was very well received - understandably I did feel the pressure to get it absolutely right…the last thing I wanted was to fall short on their special day, but it was all so beautiful, stunning bride, lovely welcoming family and definitely something I’d love to do more of!

To start, I made a Roasted Butternut Squash and Harissa Soup with Spiced Crispy Chickpeas and a Homemade Sun-Dried Tomato and Rosemary Focaccia, followed by Herb Marinated Slow Roast Lamb with Crispy Smashed Potatoes on a Romesco Sauce, and Creamy Lemon Butterbeans.

If you have any special occasions, get togethers or parties, and you’d quite like the idea of having me in your kitchen, please drop me a little message and we can have a nice chat about it x

AI won’t take my job… but it can definitely do my admin 😂✂️

Can AI do a full head of highlights while answering the phone, replying to messages, making a coffee, checking on the next client AND remembering someone’s formula from 6 months ago? 😂

Didn’t think so.

It can give me ideas and write the odd caption when my brain has officially clocked off… but it can’t replace the bit that actually matters.

The chats. The trust. The laughs. Reading the room. Knowing when someone wants to talk and when they just need an hour to themselves.

And most importantly… making someone look in the mirror and feel bloody amazing. 🤎

So AI can keep helping behind the scenes…

I’ll stay behind the chair. 😂✂️🤎

Same fresh, authentic food you love, now served at the table. Come upstairs and enjoy brunch at The Silver Palate, St Albans.

Grab a friend, order brunch, and settle in. Downstairs is still here for grab-and-go. Upstairs is for slowing down 🥑✨

Big feelings, gently untangled

Children and teens feel things deeply, but they do not always have the words or tools to manage them. This programme gives them both, in a way that feels more like a game than therapy.

Using hypnostories, imagination and simple techniques, we help young people understand their own minds and discover that they can change how they feel.

It is empowering, age-appropriate and, importantly, enjoyable, so children look forward to sessions rather than dreading them.

Over the course of 6 sessions, your child will:

🧠 Understand how their brilliant brain works

✊🏼 Feel more in control of big feelings

✅ Interrupt ‘wonky thinking’ and build helpful inner resources

🌈 Relax their body and calm their nervous system

🙌 Grow their confidence and resilience from the inside out

And it starts with a free 30-minute consultation for you and your child.

Sessions take place in a calm space in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, or online.

Space to just be.

Imagine a space where there’s nothing you need to do. Nobody wanting anything from you, nobody needing anything from you.

A place where you can take a deep breath in and a long, slow exhale out and just allow your eyes to gently close.

And somewhere at the edge of awareness, there’s a sense of moving gently inwards, like following a path you already know.

And as your body begins finding its own natural rhythm again, your mind can enjoy the experience of something new to understand.

First time in a wedding dress for 10 years 🙌 the things @the.social.point and @aprilbanburybridal talk me into when they visit.

Disclaimer: I really enjoyed myself and maybe I should plan a renewal so I can wear one of this gorgeous new collection 🤔

Disclaimer 2: I promise the bottle was empty…

Somewhere to come home to yourself.

Many people come to hypnotherapy with a specific challenge in mind, but what most of my clients discover is that the change they experience reaches so much further.

At Belief Dynamics I combine evidence-informed hypnotherapy, behavioural psychology and neuroscience to help people experience themselves differently. When that happens, meaningful change often follows naturally.

Two evenings of beautiful food, inspiring people, and meaningful conversations in stunning surroundings celebrating ingredients produced with care... a collaboration I'm incredibly proud to have been a part of.

It was a pleasure to partner with Organised Nutrition for their team residency at the beautiful Sandon Manor. When values align, food becomes a way to bring those values to life ...

🌿A shared commitment to whole, nutrient-dense food.

🌿Honouring the seasons, the growers, and the ingredients.

🌿Choosing food that supports our health, our farmers, and our environment.

🌿Every ingredient chosen for both flavour and nourishment.

🌿Nourishment without compromise.

For me, great food starts with great ingredients. Seasonal produce, passionate growers and suppliers, who care about quality every bit as much as I do. My Menus are thoughtfully prepared, cooked with purpose, and aim to nourish body and mind. And, of course, celebrate flavour, because I don't believe nutrition and exceptional food should ever compete. They belong together.

This residency also marked one of the first collaborations for The Whole Table™, the corporate arm of The Natural Health Chef, bringing people together through thoughtfully designed food experiences that encourage connection, conversation and practical wellbeing.
