Skipped the marathon and went straight for the ultra ⚡️
Running for 12 hours straight was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Proud of the 40 miles I accomplished. Extremely proud of the people I got to run it with. Everyone truly pushed their limits and gave it everything they had. Amazed and grateful at the way God designed our bodies to be able to do such incredible things! 🏃🏻‍♀️
HUGE shoutout to @ajswedick @omenathletics for pushing me to be the best I can be

Emotional finish at the 2026 @hotrodultra

Blessed to turn 22 at midnight of the race when I was struggling the most throughout this journey.

Thank you God for the ability to push my body!

🔥Open Sparring EVERY Friday. 5PM–7PM 🥵

Amateurs, pros, first fights or 50 fights — if you walk through those doors, be ready to WORK.
Hard rounds, real pressure, real coaching, real growth.

Everybody talks about wanting smoke until it’s time to glove up.💥

🥊If you’re a fighter looking to level up… pull up.
🥊If you’re a coach bringing your squad… we got room.
🥊If you just want to watch high-level work… come see the energy for yourself.

We’re building something special in STL and we can only do it if we all work together. #STLVSEVERYBODY
